As a graduate of University of San Diego in marketing and business administration, Niccolo’s love for gelato drove him to learn all aspects of the business, from production to retail sales, catering, and wholesale distribution to retail sales, catering, and wholesale distribution. He and his Italian father, Andrea, created Leo Leo Gelato, a company committed to continuing the 550-year-old Italian tradition of handcrafting fine gelato.
