For Pre-Approval and Purchase
- Current paystubs — 1 month history
- W-2 Forms — last 2 years
- Federal Tax Returns — last 2 years (If self-employed, provide a year-to-date Profit & Loss Statement)
- Bank Statements — 2 most recent bank statements and last quarter investment account statements (stocks, bonds)
- Copy of accepted offer, if applicable
For Refinance
- All of the above, plus
- Mortgage Statements — most recent copy for all liens on property
- Copy of homeowner’s insurance
- Current property bill
