Each month, we’re choosing a different nonprofit and asking them to select a valuable volunteer to receive the SESLOC Cares for Community Award. We were recently thrilled to meet Jeannie Carpenter, from Habitat for Humanity San Luis Obispo County.
Jeannie Carpenter has dedicated two decades of her life to serving our community through Habitat for Humanity SLO County.
Jeannie has actively participated in a wide range of projects from being a construction crew leader to volunteering on the creation of playhouses that bring joy to children. Her involvement has contributed to Habitat’s overarching goal of building a stronger, more vibrant community.
